Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering with Chisel Discovery. We want to ensure that our customers have a rewarding experience while they are discovering our study programs.

1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must do so before the commencement of the study program. Once the program has started, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the program start date will be processed without any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the program start date may be subject to a processing fee.

2. Refund Policy

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Eligible refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation request is made well within the permitted timeframe (48+ hours before the program), you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
  • No Refund: If the study program has already begun or if a participant drops out midway, no refund will be issued.
  • Duplicate Payments: In the event of a duplicate payment due to technical errors, 100% of the duplicate amount will be refunded.

3. Refund Process

To request a cancellation and refund, please send an email to support@chiselyou.com with your registration details and payment receipt. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
